Bring in the New Year at the Greenhouse Theatre!
The Wimberley Players and Lee Colee are collaborating again to bring another hugely entertaining New Year show to the Greenhouse theatre December 30, 31 and January 1. Show time is 8 pm for all performances. An elegant buffet will be served New Year's Eve.
This year's show, You Must Remember This!, will star Lee Colee and Greg Holt supported by the new all male vocal group Flashback. It will feature the music you grew up with and fell in love to - songs from the Great American Songbook.
Greg Holt, an outstanding Equity performer comes to Wimberley with an impressive resume of national film and theatre credits. He has played the Phantom in a national tour of Phantom of the Opera and has also toured with a professional company in
Les Miserables. He recently won the Austin Critics Table Award for his role as George in
She Loves Me and earned critical acclaim for his performance in the role of Pilate in the Austin Music Theatre's production of
Jesus Christ Superstar. He has also appeared in Death of a
Salesman, Othello, A Little Night Music, and
Fiddler on the Roof. Wonderfully charismatic, Greg mesmerizes audiences with his energy, charm and beautiful vocals.
Lee Colee is rapidly becoming a Wimberley icon. This year she starred in and directed the critically acclaimed production of
110 in the Shade, directed the highly successful female version of
The Odd Couple and presented Fiddler on the Roof performed by her children's music theatre camp. With a professional career that spans 30 years as a vocalist/entertainer, actress and dancer, she continues to appear throughout Texas as a concert and recording artist and you can always expect some wonderful surprises when she takes the stage.

Ticket prices for the December 30 and January 1 performances are $15. The New Year's Eve show featuring a specially catered and elegant buffet during an extended intermission is $35. The show will end at 10 pm.
