Low water crossings of the Blanco River at CR 1492 and River Road, Hidden Valley and Little Arkansas are closed due to high water.

It will be wise to avoid any low water crossings until water levels subside.

Please be careful out there and remember:
"Turn around, don't drown."

Just curious how many residents in Wimberley are affected by flooded low water crossings. Maybe we could get some of that stimulus money to address the problem. Also I heard that the schools here do not excuse missed days due to flooding which would seem pretty unreasonable.

Something must be done about the Onion Creek low water crossings on 150.
It seems that no one- neither Sheriff nor tx dot is responsible for timely closing and opening of these hazards.
I leave at 6 AM and the low water crossing is flooding and impassable- but no barriers or information at intersection of 3237 and 150-
Then I'll come home and it is passable and no one has removed the barriers.
Is this something for Commissioner?
No one takes the job seriously to monitor road closures at 6 AM and 4 PM
