Don't forget about the black helicopters that mist Wimberley residents with mind control juice. I believe I'll start my day with my tinfoil helmet and my Kevlar Lederhosen.

I'm sure the pilots who fly those planes into the eye of danger to protect this country would just be so proud to know them risking their lives for us all....is of quite the disturbance to some of you. I know my husband who happens to be a disabled war veteran certainly wasn't feeling annoyed at the fact that those of you with a problem with the planes flying overhead "disturbing your peace and quiet" we're at home with your families, safe and sound in your beds at night, going to work everyday and your children having fun playing in the backyard with BOTH parents on weekends while bombs were going off all around him as well as going months without seeing his loved one's. Freedom isn't free folks...and when you hear the sound of those planes, you should be looking up and thanking the pilots for volunteering to train, fly and protect you, yours and this country. They can fly over my house anyday, everyday and I'll stop and salute them for the job they do.

Yet another of my posts deleted because I reminded people who disagree with the sound of the C-130's.....comes at a price for many in this country.....How anyone can be disturbed over the reminder that men and women fight hard for this country and pilots train to fly those planes and the air space they fly in includes this precious area.....can be of insult somehow...is beyond me. I suppose if you support the military, and have a say or you support a new business in the area you are deleted. Amazing........freedom of speech most definately doesn't exist here.

Not sure which post was deleted, I see two in a row from you. I noticed in another thread you said your post was deleted, but it was visible to me...hmmm. Can it be an issue on your computer maybe?

Kayh, sometimes when I sign in a second time I need to hit the refresh button or else I am directed to the last page I was on. Try hitting refresh, you are still visible to me.

My concern/interest was a) there were four of them b) they were really low c) almost over Wimberley proper. First thought was tankers for a fire. Those are big birds, with a pretty poor glide ratio I would assume. If something does go wrong I'd prefer it to be somewhere else.
