Trying to spend some quality time outside while its nice and all we hear are the dogs barking. Does Hays County have a noise ordinance? IP: Logged

It is the dog bark capital of the universe. It is Rare, and I mean Really Rare to be outside without hearing dogs barking. It's really obnoxious and if there ain't a law there ought to be one! The animal control head officer is VERY nice and professional. He had to come to my house over an issue with a CAT. He handled the situation swiftly and again he was very kind and professional. Give them a call and they will take care of the problem. The fines can be expensive to the owners who do not comply. Good luck to you guys....I love dogs. I have dogs. But I do NOT allow them to disturb my neighbors. kayh IP: Logged
