Take a drive down Green Acres and honk your horn at the Idiot(s) (and I AM being polite) who has their dog tied up to a tree in the front yard. It appears to be a German Shepherd puppy. The Idiot(s) lives on the west side right past Western Rd. if your coming from 2325. Don't forget to honk loudly.

Just wondering if there has been any improvement with regard to the dog you mention? I haven't been out that way but was saddened by your post regarding the dog. Chaining a dog is never the right thing to do. It's cruel. They are forgotten and often times they grow without the owner knowing or caring and their collar/chain grows into their neck. I hope it ended up getting away or animal control got involved.
P.S. I really like your suggestion. If I get by there and it's still there I'll honk.....LOUDLY. Maybe more than once or twice!
