This position is responsible for the organization and completion of administrative activities which support the daily functions of the office. Computer skills are a must.


Primary Duties

• Account paperwork for a variety of scenarios: new account, rollovers, etc..
• Perform daily administrative duties including: filing, copying, and faxing.
• Generating reports.
• Scheduling appointments; meeting/seminar/event planning and set-up.
• Answer, screen and direct phone calls.


Position Qualifications

• One or more year’s office experience preferred.
• Demonstrated telephone and customer relations skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft to include: Word and Excel; database management, and the Internet
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Knowledge of financial services industry helpful, but not required.
