This year the Jubilee parade takes place on Thursday, July 4th. The parade begins at 10AM. Great viewing along the entire route but especially between Brookshire Bros and the Wimberley Square on RR12. Ozona Bank Parking area is also a great spot to camp out. This annual Wimberley parade includes trailers, cars, bands, animals, or walking entries that roll down RR 12 in the morning sunlight. There is shopping galore to be had in our quaint little shops. Dining in established and new eateries through out the area, beer wine and spirits available at local galleries, coffee shops, distilleries, breweries, bars and hotels. Watching the weekends fire works displays, participating in or viewing the annual 'Jubilee' parade, these are but some of the activities that folks come to experience in Wimberley Texas.
Getting wet in a river, Canyon Lake or a swimming pool is a great way to cool your heals in Wimberley. The VFW rodeo is but one of the memoriable events that occur in

For fun in the water, visit Blue Hole Regional Park, open to the public on a 4th of July extended weekend. (Be sure to confirm that the area is open for swimming before planning this activity.)
